About Paul

Mr. Bleck's professional experience over the last 30 years has gained him recognition in both the State of Hawaii, and the State of California for creative solutions to difficult sites and difficult design requirements.

Educated at the School of Architecture, California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, Mr. Bleck received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree in 1973 with a graduate specialty in Creative Problem Solving.

Licensed in the State of Hawaii, license number AR7461, and the State of California, license number 11412, Mr. Bleck also serves as Qualifications Examiner for the Licensure of Architects in the State of California.

His architectural expertise, built on skills, knowledge and experience, lies in creative problem solving, management of complex processes, and liaisoning among consulting professionals and government officials.

As principal of the firm for over 20 years here and in California, projects have been completed in the State of Hawaii on the Big Island, Maui and Kauai. In California, projects have been completed among many southern coastal communities from Santa Barbara to San Diego. Other projects include work in Vancouver, British Columbia and Bald Head Island, North Carolina.

Additionally, Paul Bleck serves as the Consulting Architect for the Architectural Board of the Mauna Lani Resort Association, and also serves as the Consulting Architect for several Design Review Committees in Western Hawaii.
